How to use our container service:

• Fill out the form below or message us on Instagram @jpn.now

• We will send you a quote for the item cost or max bid plus fee and shipping

• pay the invoice for full cost and wait for container to arrive

• We will keep you updated throughout the whole process, from when your items arrive at our Japan warehouse to when they arrive in Canada

• All items are delivered to Kelowna BC. Please inquire for local shipping throughout Canada

Service Fees:

• Consolidation, Loading, Commission. 20% for commercial purchases. 30% for auction services

• Domestic Shipping from the seller to our warehouse

• Container Shipping cost. See prices below

• Duties will be shown on invoice. Majority of commercial purchases are duty free!

Small Items:

All small items have a minimum shipping fee of $50 to be shipped on the container. Air shipping is available for small items as well

Terms Of Service

• All bids and purchases are final and can not be refunded after the invoice has been paid. Once we receive payment your part is immediately ordered.

• All invoices must be paid within 48 hours.

• Failure to pay any remaining invoices for shipping, fees, etc. will result in us keeping any items you have purchased. If you decide to pay for the item at a later date, a 15% storage surcharge will be added.

• Please be aware that these items are being shipped via container. Shipping times may vary due to circumstances out of our hands. Our first container is expected to leave Japan this June, and will take between 1-2 months to arrive. Please expect a wait time of 2-5 months for your order.

• Japan Now is not responsible for sellers delivering items not as described. Although this rarely happens unless we receive a completely wrong item, we can not return the part. Please read the item condition and description clearly before inquiring about the item. Do not hesitate to ask about the part! :) (Example: Customer ordered s14 headlight with brackets in tact, we received a different headlight in worse condition. We were able to ship it back to the seller and receive the right part)
